At most coffee places, someone might ask if you’d like a scone with that.

When you have XXX Espresso, Big Shots Espresso and Busty’s Top Espresso, the issue doesn’t seem to be whether you want decaf.

“There are just a lot of unanswered questions at this point and time, but one thing that remains constant is this: This is not decent,” City Councilman Mike Fagan told KXLY. Fagan’s proposal would require uncovered espresso places to relocate to Spokane’s area zoned for adult businesses. A critic of Fagan, Anthony Devaney, complained, “They’re not showing anything illegal that I’ve heard of.”

Fagan says, “I have no problem with these folks conducting their business. I wish them all the luck in the world, but I do believe this is not a Spokane value.”
